1-800-UNLOCKS® is a national automated locksmith dispatching firm based out of Richmond, Va. The company has hundreds of skilled locksmith vendors nationwide under its umbrella. With so much information flowing through its veins, it’s no surprise the company turned to Melissa Data to ensure data accuracy.
When customers call into 1-800-UNLOCKS® –
the firm’s automated system will direct the customer to the nearest locksmith provider. In order to determine the exact origin of the call, 1-800-UNLOCKS® uses Melissa Data’s FONE*Data database. After verifying the location of the caller, 1-800-UNLOCKS® directs the caller to the closest participating locksmith provider. 1-800-UNLOCKS® generates about 3,000 calls per month.
FONE*Data provides quarterly updates of phone numbers with the latest area code splits, and enables the company to link a
